  • How much do you charge?

    Most of the engineers charge $70-$85 per hour. We offer exclusive deals while booking online. If you have a large project and need multiple days, contact us directly for the best rates and availability.

  • Can I book a session for today?

    Short answer, No. We believe that if you take your music seriously there should be some forethought in scheduling a session. In some situations we can accommodate day of bookings if you are a touring artist or already have a personal relationship with one of our engineers.

  • Do I need to bring music to record my vocals on?

    It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • Can I shoot a music video in the studio?

    You can shoot a video or take pictures in the session. Just book a normal with engineer so we can have someone to open the studio and assist you while in the facility.

  • I'm a engineer, can I run sessions out of your studio?

    Yes, We are always excited to meet other engineers and happy to get you acquainted with our studio.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Animals are welcome at Nexus Audio providing the animal is well behaved and not loud. Pet owners are responsible for their animals actions. Any damage to gear or facility will be charged to pet owner.

  • What's the shortest session I can book?

    Two hours is our minimum session length, but you get a better deal starting at 3 hours.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    At least 1–2 weeks in advance is recommended.

  • Can I book a session for today?

    Yes, but if you desire a session today you will have to give us a call to check availability. “Day of” sessions must be paid in full prior to start time and also subject to a $20 last minute fee.

  • Can I punch in?

    Yes. We support punch-ins, comping, tuning, layering.

  • Do you offer production or beat-making?

    Yes. Ask about full production and co-writing packages.
